RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
LUV21 APPAREL INC.’S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY For INSTORE & ONLINE SHOPPERS ONLY We want you to love your Luv21 Apparel Inc.’s clothing. In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a pre-damaged or a defective item, or you are not pleased with your merchandise we will gladly replace the item or exchange it for an online or in store credit. In the event that you are unhappy about your purchase because of the colour, the fit, the pattern you chose or you just don’t like it, you may return unworn, unaltered and unwashed merchandise in its original condition. You must KEEP THE ORIGINAL TAGS ON and KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS AND MRA (Merchandise Return Authorization) Number and we will gladly replace the item or exchange it for an online or in store credit. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: Carefully examine your merchandise upon receipt. If there is a problem let us know by emailing us at email@example.com with a description of the problem within 7 Days of receiving your items. Should you have a defect, please include a photo of the item showing the defect. We will send you a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number within 3 Business days. Once you receive your MRA, mail the item back to us or drop it off at one of our retail stores within 15 Days of the RMA number being issued / emailed to you and with all the tags on and we will issue you an online or in store credit so you can choose another item. If you don’t return the item within 15 Days of receipt of our MRA number the credit will be voided. If you purchased your merchandise from a Luv21 Apparel Inc. Stylist, your merchandise must be returned to your Luv21 Stylist. All of our Stylists are responsible for their own Return & Exchange Policy for merchandise sold by them. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding merchandise purchased from your Stylist please contact them directly. SHIPPING COSTS: Luv21 will pay the shipping costs to return the incorrect or damaged items to us and the shipping costs to return the correct merchandise to you. All shipping costs associated with exchanged items are the sole responsibility of the customer. All approved items for return that meet our re-sellable conditions and with an MRA number are to be mailed, shipped or delivered to our head office at Luv21 Apparel Inc., 645 Gardiners Road, Unit 104, Kingston, ON K7M 8K2 EXCEPTIONS: If you wore the item or cut the tags off, we will be unable to offer a return or an exchange as we cannot resell the merchandise. Please note there are no refunds – no exceptions. Any items sent back without a receipt, an MRA number, the original tags still affixed to the item, with damage or exceeding our time periods for exchanges or credits will not qualify for an exchange or credit. We will only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and have NOT been worn, altered or washed. Merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet stains and odours are NOT subject for return. All tags must be attached to the item. All clearance items are FINAL SALE, no warranty, no exceptions and no exchanges. CANCELLING AN ORDER: Please note that we are unable to cancel your order after it has been shipped. If you wish to change your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our computer software does not enable us to change your order once it is processed, therefore we will have to cancel your order, if it hasn’t been shipped, we will issue you an online credit and you will have to place a new order. All orders placed through our website are shipped within two (2) business days from our head office in Kingston, Ontario via UPS Canada. LUV21 APPAREL INC..
